The system

Reactive Pro

Hair type Any hair maintaining a smoothing or straightening service at home; suitable for everyday washing.

Not for Not positioned as a general clarifying shampoo outside the routine; its role is preparing the fibre for the conditioner, every wash.

Reactive Pro Home Care is the maintenance half of a smoothing service: hair that had frizz and cuticle lift calmed down in the salon chair, with a professional Reactive Pro or other-brand smoothing treatment, and now needs that surface held between visits so humidity and daily styling do not undo it wash by wash.

The three home care products carry Piur London's ImmunityBlend technology, a blend the label names around ginger, algae, pracaxi oil and avocado, and deposit it at every wash rather than in a single in-chair dose; the mask's own label carries the subtitle Surface Immunity, not confirmed on the shampoo or conditioner labels. The mask is also the only product in the whole Reactive Pro Home Care range whose own label states a direct link to a smoothing service: its claim reads that it prolongs smoothing results.

At home, shampoo and conditioner do the daily work, every wash, and once a week the mask goes on for its own ten to fifteen minute step, in addition to the conditioner rather than instead of it.

The smooth, calm finish she left the salon with keeps holding up against frizz and humidity between visits.

The three Reactive Pro Home Care products with a confirmed label answer that same maintenance story from the client's own bathroom. Shampoo and Conditioner are the everyday basis of the routine. Mask is the weekly deep step.

Routine

Your Reactive Pro protocol

Step 1
Reactive Pro Shampoo Home Care (250ml)

A gentle cleanser infused with the ImmunityBlend technology: it removes build-up while helping to shield the fibre's surface against future frizz, and prepares the hair to receive the conditioner while keeping its natural movement and flexibility.

Apply to wet hair, massage in, rinse thoroughly, then follow with the conditioner. Used at every wash.

Then: Reactive Pro Conditioner, Daily Seal
Step 2
Reactive Pro Conditioner Home Care (250ml)

The daily sealing step: it builds a preventive layer that shields against moisture and degradation, restoring shine and softness while keeping the fibre's resilience and structure, straight after the shampoo.

Apply to lengths and ends after shampooing, rinse. Closes every wash, including the week's mask day.

Then: Reactive Pro Mask, Weekly Intensive
Step 3
Reactive Pro Mask Home Care (200g)

Reactive Pro Mask, Weekly Intensive

Once a week, 10 to 15 minutes

The weekly deep step: an intensive dose of the same ImmunityBlend actives, for fibre that had a smoothing service and needs more than the daily shampoo and conditioner between visits. Its own label is the only one in this range that states a direct claim: it helps to prolong smoothing results.

Apply to clean, damp lengths and ends after shampooing, leave for 10 to 15 minutes, rinse thoroughly, then follow with the conditioner. Once a week; it adds to the routine rather than replacing the conditioner that day.

One routine, everything you need below.

Which Reactive Pro product is right for you?

Reactive Pro Shampoo (250ml)

Opens every wash of the home routine. Reach for it whenever the client is maintaining a smoothing service, from Piur London's own Reactive Pro protocol or another brand's, to clean the hair while helping to shield its surface from future frizz before the conditioner goes on.

Hair type Any hair maintaining a smoothing or straightening service at home; suitable for everyday washing.

Not for Not positioned as a general clarifying shampoo outside the routine; its role is preparing the fibre for the conditioner, every wash.

Reactive Pro Conditioner (250ml)

Follows the shampoo at every wash, on lengths and ends, to seal that wash's dose of ImmunityBlend actives and shield the fibre against moisture and degradation between salon visits.

Hair type Same hair as the shampoo; closes every wash, including mask day.

Not for Not a leave-in, and not replaced by the mask; the conditioner still closes the wash even on the week the mask is used.

Reactive Pro Mask (200g)

The weekly intensive step for hair that had a smoothing service and needs more than the daily shampoo and conditioner give it. The only product in this range whose own label claims it helps to prolong smoothing results.

Hair type Hair maintaining a smoothing or straightening service, or any client who wants the extra weekly step; applied to clean, damp lengths and ends.

Not for Not for daily use, and not a substitute for the conditioner, which still closes the wash on mask day too.

Frequently asked, by professionals

Who is the Reactive Pro Home Care routine for?
Anyone maintaining a smoothing or straightening service at home, whether it was Piur London's own Reactive Pro salon protocol or another brand's. The mask's own label is the one product in this range that states a direct link to a smoothing service.
Can I use the shampoo and conditioner every day?
Yes. The shampoo and conditioner are the everyday basis of the routine, used at every wash. The mask is the weekly step, not intended for daily use.
Does the mask replace the conditioner on the week I use it?
No. The mask is an addition to the routine, applied after shampooing, and the conditioner still follows it to close the wash. Neither product substitutes the other.
Will it work on colour-treated or bleached hair?
Nothing on the Reactive Pro Home Care labels restricts use on coloured or bleached hair. The professional Reactive Pro salon protocol is calibrated for blonde and sensitised hair specifically; this home care range does not carry that same restriction on its own label.
Is the range vegan, sulphate free or formaldehyde free?
No. None of the three confirmed Reactive Pro Home Care products, Shampoo, Conditioner and Mask, carry a vegan, sulphate free or formaldehyde free seal on the label.
How long does a bottle or jar last?
The label and the commercial sheet do not state a number of washes per pack; this depends on hair length and thickness. This is a pending figure, do not quote a fixed number of washes to a client until the operator confirms an average.
Does the routine need heat, like a hairdryer or straightener?
None of the three confirmed labels call for heat; they are wash-in, rinse-out steps used at normal water temperature.
