What it does

S.P.R. Mask Home Care is an intensive repair treatment infused with Botanical Peptides. It carries the same AcerolaForce technology as the rest of the S.P.R. Home Care range, visibly transforming damaged hair while helping to rebuild the hair's internal structure.

Sensorial Repair

Sensorial Repair Home Care is the maintenance half of the same reconstruction story: fibre that had a chemical service, mechanical stress or heat styling wear it down, then had it rebuilt in the salon chair, and now needs feeding between visits so that rebuild does not wash straight back out.

The four home care products carry botanical peptides and acerola fruit extract, under Piur London's AcerolaForce technology, and deposit them along the lengths at every wash, the same building blocks the salon protocol works with, at an everyday, wash by wash strength rather than a single in-chair dose.

At home, shampoo and conditioner do the daily work, every wash, and then once a week the client reaches for either the mask, a ten to fifteen minute deep treatment, or the Power Dose ampoule, a three minute single-use alternative for the week there is no time for the mask.

Cleanses the scalp and lengths without stripping the fibre and carries the first dose of botanical peptides and acerola extract into the hair, the same building blocks the salon protocol uses, at wash strength.

Apply to wet hair and scalp, massage for 2 to 3 minutes, rinse thoroughly, then follow with the conditioner.

A single-dose ampoule for the week there is no time for the full mask: the same weekly deep-treatment slot in one three minute step.

Wash with the shampoo, apply the full 15ml ampoule to clean, damp lengths and ends, leave for 3 minutes, rinse thoroughly. Use once a week, as the alternative to that week's mask.

One ampoule per wash. Use in place of the conditioner and mask that wash, not alongside them; a second dose the same day adds nothing.

Can I use the Sensorial Repair shampoo and conditioner every day?

Yes. The shampoo and conditioner are the everyday basis of the routine, used at every wash. The mask and the Power Dose ampoule are the weekly steps, not intended for daily use.

Will it work on colour-treated or bleached hair?

Yes. Nothing on the S.P.R. Home Care labels restricts use on coloured or bleached hair.

How long does a bottle or jar last?

The labels and the commercial sheet do not state a number of washes per pack; this depends on hair length and thickness. This is a pending figure, do not quote a fixed number of washes to a client until the operator confirms an average.

Do I need to use all four products?

No. Shampoo and conditioner are the everyday basis of the routine. The mask and the Power Dose ampoule are both optional weekly boosters, an either/or choice depending on how much time there is that week, not an addition on top of each other.

Can I use just the mask, without the shampoo and conditioner?

The mask is applied to clean, damp hair, so it goes on after a wash rather than in place of one. It is the weekly step inside the shampoo and conditioner routine, not a standalone treatment.

Can I use the mask and the Power Dose ampoule on the same wash?

No. The Power Dose ampoule is designed to replace the conditioner and mask on the wash it is used, not to be combined with them. Use one or the other on a given wash.

Is the range vegan or free from sulphates?

No. None of the four Sensorial Repair Home Care products carry a vegan or sulphate-free seal, and the S.P.R. Shampoo contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate.

Does the routine need heat, like a hairdryer or straightener?

No. None of the four home care labels call for heat; they are wash-in, rinse-out steps used at normal water temperature.
